Everything below runs in test mode against the GoCardless sandbox — no real money moves.

    Create your account

    Sign up at Kalplex and add your business name in Settings. Keep the environment on Test.

    Connect GoCardless

    Choose “Create a GoCardless account” or connect an existing sandbox account, then approve access.

  3. 03

    Add a customer

    Enter a name and email. Kalplex creates a mandate request and copies the signing link.

  4. 04

    Sign the mandate

    Open the link and complete it with sandbox bank details. The mandate appears on the customer page.

  5. 05

    Collect

    Use Collect to schedule a one-off debit or a monthly plan, then watch the status change.

Verification in the sandbox

New GoCardless accounts need verifying before they can collect and receive payouts. In the sandbox you can complete verification with test details — Settings links you to the right place.
