Prices exclude VAT. Fees are charged by Kalplex on orders that are successfully collected; GoCardless fees are separate.
Why not a percentage of every order, like BNPL?
Because we don't take the payment risk or fund the order — you do, as with an invoice. Our fee pays for the software, not for credit.
What do GoCardless fees cost?
GoCardless charges its own transaction fees under your agreement with it. See GoCardless's pricing for your country.
Is there a test mode?
Yes. Every account starts in test mode, connected to the GoCardless sandbox, so you can try everything without real money.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Do I pay for returned debits?
No. The per-order fee applies to collected orders only.
